
It's my dream to have my own bakery one day- a bakery free of artificial food colorings and preservatives, free of anything people can't tolerate. There will be gluten-free chocolate cakes, red velvet cakes colored with beets, vegan oatmeal cookies, and cakes full of fresh fruits and vegetables in surprising combinations. I dream of satisfying desserts with no sugar. Even organic raw brown sugar, stevia, agave, honey, and molasses are on trial. I'm on a quest to find out what truly healthy sweeteners, if any, pass the test. Join me as I experiment in my kitchen to combine my passion for really healthy, whole foods, and my love of baking up something beautiful and sweet. For now, it's just an imaginary bakery. One day, who knows?
